My cousin had a son named Brayden and he is a whiny, awful, spoiled brat.

  3. I still don't understand how if a kid's being exposed to Blink-182 music and their live show ... they're not capable of understanding how black people use a word that was once meant to oppress them and that's totally ok for them to do, and that it's off limits for everyone else. I'd rather explain that to a kid than even a lyric like ... "the state looks down on sodomy."

No no, not at all, I was just saying I want them to stop doing themselves a disservice by leaning on their legacy-band status and instead tour with artists their new music shares fans with so they can grow their brand.

  8. Your logic makes zero sense. Their last tour was a success because of their NEW GIANT HIT SINGLE.

And touring with bands from 2005 is leaning on their legacy band status way more. Comparatively, no one listens to that stuff anymore, and there's zero people that listen to some band like State Champs or Knuckle Puck that don't know who blink-182 is.

  10. I swap day and night. Light mode during the day, dark mode in the evening.

Admittedly, modern blink shows are pretty clean. No one even swore during the stage banter last time I saw them. I think everyone wants to share things with their kids, I mean I remember my parents showing me movies when I was like 9 that were a little explicit, but it made sense cause the overall message was positive.

It's pretty complicated, so I'm not going to pass any judgements on this issue even if I disagree.

Personally, I’d be pissed if I had to sit through a whole lineup of crappy upcoming pop punk bands just to see Blink

They don’t swear but they also play songs like Dysentery Gary and What’s My Age Again?, fun for the whole family!

I also recall part of ADTR’s set set up didn’t work properly but that was just amusing to me personally

One my favorite shows ever was Dashboard Confesisonal, Thrice, The Get Up Kids, and Head Automatica.

HA was new and has no album yet, but going into it I loved the other 3 despite being fairly different. Then I also enjoyed HA. I know these all still fall into types of rock, but it’s probabbly the most different I’ve seen every band be on one bill. Usually I’ve seen shows where one act “stands apart” from the others.

I felt the same way, I don't even dislike them.

Great tour! I remember when I went I was excited for all 4, but I did go with a group a friends where one only came for The Get Up Kids and then left to drink in the parking lot, and a few other friends who stayed in the lot until Dashboard came on. Their loss!

I get where you're coming from, but I think there are no Lil Wayne fans that will become blink-182 fans from this tour. If they toured with bands like Badflower, Yungblud, 5 Seconds Of Summer that would help them. Obviously they're not having any issues drawing these days, they're one of the biggest rock bands in the world, I just don't wanna see them become a cover band of themselves, I want them to be proud of their new music. These are just my thoughts, I'm not trying to tell you you're wrong.

Guys I'm just pumped that Lil' Wayne might play his Blink 182 rip off song at an actual Blink 182 show

I think the best lineup I’ve ever seen was
    Taking Back Sunday
    My Chemical Romance
    Linkin Park

That was a Projekt Rev tour. If we talk non festivals it was

    As Cities Burn
    Hawthorne Heights
    Silverstein
