Red Rocks Tuesday!

 

Forgot that this thread existed and posted in the Notes one, but I also made it to the Mississippi Studios show. Glad it seems like everyone else here from Portland also made it in!

 

It’s gonna be so nasty out

 

I will be bundling up, I'm a bit bummed the sun won't be out.

 

Scored $35 ticket to their Minneapolis show next week! Stoked! Also seeing The Japanese House on Wednesday this week - even more stoked!

sorry to all the Colorado folks and people that traveled. what a massive bummer

 

I’m so bummed for everyone that was going to this show tonight. I had made the difficult choice to go to Taking Back Sunday tonight instead of this show but I know so many people came into town for this show. Red Rocks is such a special place and seeing The 1975 there three years ago was really special.

Also, I know for a fact @thenewmatthewperry had a bangin’ outfit ready for this show

Wrong, I would’ve danced up the heat of the whole venue.

 

It appears it was canceled, not postponed, so your tickets will be refunded. Looks like if they announce a new date, you’ll have to buy again.

 

For those of you that have gone to a show - what have the set times looked like?

Going tomorrow and the start time is 7:00pm but they don’t list when each band is playing.

 

7:00-7:25 - No Rome
7:50-8:15 - Pale Waves
8:50-10:30 - The 1975

That “intermission” part is where they start to play “Love Theme” over the speakers.

 

Pale Waves' set FLIES by. Like, you think they're about halfway done and then they hit you with There's a Honey.

 

I’m excited to see them. Worried I won’t make it by No Rome and hoping that it doesn’t rain too hard, but should be a good night.

 

If the venue let’s them they might roll with no openers tonight but good chance it gets rained out instead.
