Re: long career. She will be around forever. She going to have at least 2-3 great more album RUNS, not just albums. Maybe more. This part of her career just isn’t for me unfortunately (though I still have high hopes (wink) for the record). But she cemented herself as an artist I’m gonna check out forever

She’s had such a weird habit of releasing her weakest songs as first singles that it doesn’t even worry me that I’m not into this. Still very much here for a new album.

Yeah, agreed. We've got literal decades of Taylor Swift albums in front of us. I love 1989 and actually like Reputation more than I usually let on, but I'm definitely looking forward to whatever comes after the mainstream pop phase of her career.

Will her popularity remain as it is or will she ever go down in popularity?

Taylor wishes she was as good as Queen Carly

It will inevitably diminish at some point, but she'll always be a huge star.

Yeah tbh I don't think she or her stans could handle her truly flopping and actually getting dragged but luckily I don't think that's in the cards for her anyway lol

I guess this rules out the “not the actual single” theory

"Lover" is a bit too on the nose and obvious

What are the titles of the books at 1:10? Top one looks like "C_____ in the ___ country"

I think she'll eventually release Cher/Dolly Parton status where she doesn't release music as much but still tours and is an icon, Madonna only releases albums every 4-5 years now so it would be like that too

I think eventually she's gonna need some semblance of "normal", I don't know how she lives with the level of fame where she can't walk down the street

I took a screen grab of that and the clock too when I went looking. They were the only things that stuck out as "i'm spelling it out for you" clues.

I think the book says "C____ in the 20th Century." If it's a real book, it's nothing I'm familiar with.

Went looking around on Twitter because it always has the answers and its definitely this book:

    https://www.amazon.com/dp/0865653119/?tag=absolutepunk-20

"Created with the expertise of Cartier Heritage, this exquisite book showcases the rich holdings of the Cartier Collection and archive. It features not only a sumptuous array of rings, bracelets, necklaces, and tiaras, but also cocktail and smoking accessories, mystery clocks, and lavish objects created by Cartier’s ateliers in Paris, London, and New York. Organized thematically, the book features magnificent jewels and accessories owned by such arbiters of taste as Daisy Fellowes, the Duchess of Windsor, Princess Grace, Barbara Hutton, and Elizabeth Taylor. Throughout, specially commissioned photographs of Cartier’s legendary jewels are accompanied by vintage photographs—drawn from the Condé Nast and Cartier archives—of these royals, socialites, and Hollywood stars in their Cartier finery, including work by Steichen, Horst, Beaton, and Charbonneau."

No idea what if anything that means lol
