I feel like a kid listening to blink for the first time. Just finished my first listen and I'm in love with this songs, couldn't be more happy for the result. Praise Skiba and Feldmann! This is blink 182 in 2016 and it's how they should sound.

Thinking that this song is basically about parents seeing their kids leave the house, it makes perfect sense. It's a beautiful line.

 

According to what I'm reading, this might be even better than the Tom Delonge solo record.

 

I thought it was about Tom.

 

Matt's verse in "Only Thing That Matters" reminds me of something he woulda written on Infirmary.

 

Left Alone should have been released after Bored to Death instead of Rabbit Hole and No Future imo. It really seems like a hit to me more than the other two.

This is convincing me to buy tickets to another date on their tour.

 

Matt sounds incredible. I love his voice so much. Really think he's the best part of the whole thing.

Some really good songs and some stuff I don't like but I guess that's to be expected with anything.

The only minor complaint is that they really overdo it with the Whoa-ing. I know it's somewhat of a (terrible) running joke on here but still. You're allowed to make songs without it you guys! Jeez.

 

After the first listen - the alum is really great! Need to listen more and more...to hear all the details.

I can't wait to see casual listeners join the hype next week. There's no way this isn't going to hit beyond the typical Blink community. It's going to be so cool to see the guys get some mainstream success again.

 

Has anyone added "Tom sounds like he doesn't want to be there" yet?

I am just downloading it now and I didn't realise JUST how excited I was for it until I saw it was available. There's absolutely no doubt in my mind that it will not disappoint.
