Am I wrong or would Home Is Such a Lonely Place be a really cool 3rd single?

 

"Kings of the Weekend" would fit on TOYPAJ without even thinking about it, but that "it's Friday night" line makes me think of Slick Shoes song of the same name every time.

His is even more of an enigma than Guy's or Kenny's. It literally looks like almost drawn/CGI.

I noticed this as well. I'm certainly impressed by this record. It's what they'd sound like if they didn't go the S/T route, if that makes sense.

 

i haven't heard the album yet, but you could tell Mark wanted this album to be a big "Fuck You" to Tom.

 

Really like the quick transition from Mark to Matt at the start of "The Only Thing That Matters"

 

This topic makes me think so many people are unemployed....in other words I'm jealous you get to listen to it right now.

I am at work so I can't download anything. I am not opposed to listening to a leak though, I will just have to wait until it is streaming/ on youtube.

 

" California " is a decent song. I'm a little underwhelmed about what I'm hearing right now. I love the songs the band released but everything else I'm listening to so far I'm not sure. It'll grow on me.

Haha it's all good. If co-writes help them sound like this, who am I to care? The only time I would disapprove of bands bringing in co-writers if they make the artists lose the essence of why their music was good in the first place.
