okay i've got the answer. don't say anything until the day she arrives. then, come up with a crazy excuse on why you can't leave the house, tell your parents that you promised to pick up a friend from the airport, and ask them to do it. then when they pick her up, they definitely won't be able to say no.

 

I only mentioned it cause I have a tendency to do that to myself, put things off way longer than I should.
