That coming from a random congressperson, fine I could accept it as toeing the line depending on their district.

This coming from the speaker/leader of your party is just awful. No support at all for her colleague.

I really don’t get the hand wringing over this...yes it’s good to have “a plan” going in but it’s painfully obvious that the result of what Dems ultimately decide to propose is going to be a public option that doesn’t eliminate private insurance. I guess some worry that Bernie wouldn’t vote for (or sign) it, but I doubt he’s as much of an ideologue as he portrays at times. I think it’s much more of a negotiation tactic and he thinks/knows he won’t get universal health care unless his starting negotiation point is true M4A

I used to like cheesecake actually but now it's not very good to me. If all the other desserts got eaten and that was the only one left I guess I would eat it though.

And that's exactly how I feel about Beto.

*pelosi’s neighbors house is on fire*

    *nancy does nothing*

    *house burns to ground*

*nancy calls fire department a week later*

David: look, I don’t know why you are all upset she called the fire department a week later when no one cared about the house anymore.

I think it’s very useful and good to trash Pelosi on social media for a few days for her generic statement saying it’s not good for the potus to stir up anger and resentment. Much will be accomplished and her future comments on the matter should definitely be disregarded.

If no one is truly going to care about what Trump tweeted a week from now, then none of these statements mean anything anyway because everyone will have moved on. But I assume it will still be asked about press gaggles this week. And that’s why we want statements from Dem candidates and higher ups.
