Everyone has their own opinion, but I'll always hear this as if they're talking about Tom.

 

Listening back I actually like BTD and Rabbit Hole a lot more when I pair them with No Future. Have a good feeling they're gonna sound amazing in the album's context.

 

Are there other people featured on the gang vocal part?

 

I just can't understand when someone calls these new songs trash, of cringeworthy or boring, but likes their older discography. It fits right in IMO and yes that's my opinion so maybe that's why it baffles me lol. I love them all so far

That song was about Tom. This one isn't. Do you have another point? Yeah every blink song from here on out is about Tom. That's all they do is just mope about and cry about how they miss Tom. Sure they are all broken up about not having the band dragged down by that guy and instead having a guy that genuinely enjoys being in the band. Ugh.

 

The original version of No It Isn't with no drums til the end was so rad. Carol Heller should have replaced Tom!

 

I think every song was about Tom before Matt joined the band.

Blink has some good awful merch at these shows

 

Listening to BDT, NF and RH in order actually sounds really good and is starting to make me really like these songs/have more hope for this album as a whole.

 

I'm in class a few miles down the road right now.

 

Why does it have to be about someone in particular? Or even if it is, why does it have to be about someone we all know? I know we are all wanting to decipher some meaning from these songs, but it sure seems like the rabid theorists are grasping straws. Shrug.

 

I mean, in all honesty, I bet I could go track by track on California and pull a theory out of my ass that each song has an underlying connection to Tom. As a listener, it isn't hard to make up convoluted ideas and draw connections to whatever you want the song to be about.
