Oh good. The “high hopes” guy...

Totally didn’t recognize Tim at all! But stoked they’re working with him.

Hopefully after working with all of these different producers for this next album they’ll find a new BFF and maybe step away from Feldmann for the follow up.

I just keep getting more intrigued about this new album. I wonder if a single is even really going to indicate the sound or vibe of it. Can’t wait to hear this thaaaang!

Yeah Feldmann hasn't been around for a a while now, if he was, he would post about it.

Album in two months seems less and less likely though haha.

This album is really shaping up to be my thing

 

Also came to say my hype levels are v high rn

 

I mean they started mixing a while ago when they had done 40-50 songs to pick from. If they had just a couple more ideas I'm sure they can finish them off in no time and still stay pretty much on track

 

Fair enough! I just dont want to get my hopes up, but i hope we get it as soon as possible!

 

They could also be in the studio with one of the 40-50 songs they already recorded, but redoing it. Maybe. Maybe not.

 

Do you guys think they'll really play Enema Of The State at Back To The Beach? I only want to go if they do....

Tim Pagnotta definitely got me the most excited I've been so far for this album haha. love him.

Yeah count me in on being really excited with them working with Tim Pagnotta. I'm a big Sugarcult fan and think they were a band that was super underrated during the pop punk explosion in the early 2000s. I know Tim has done a lot of good work with a bunch of different artists since the band ended so yeah can't wait.

 

Strange Love has been stuck in my head for a week.

 

I really hope they do. I don't know why Mark would tease that and not follow through. It would be very rude!

Interesting variety of music here. Totally mixed. Not sure I'm a fan of most outside of Sugarcult, MxPx, and Ataris' So Long Astoria.

Also Kidz Bop 19 !

 

He also said they'd do old-school throwback nights in Vegas and ... well ...

 

I hope the blink boys convinced Tim to get Sugarcult back together and go on tour with blink.

Sugarcult was one of my favorite live pop punk bands back in the day. Now I’m gonna listen to them today.

 

The Ataris/Sugarcult/Autopilot Off/Rufio is in my top 5 shows I've gone to

 

I like some of Neon Trees' songs and that Walk The Moon album was a big hit, which is what blink is looking for.

I just like the outside/other voices in the room helping the band with song writing/ideas.

 

What they are doing now looks like their initial idea they had for California before going with Feldmann. To have a bunch of different producers. I too like this.

 

I'm trying not to get my expectations too high, but I am really hoping this album will turn some heads, including us fans who were not super stoked on California.
