oh yeah i completely forgot about that. i haven't seen her live, either. and i don't really care for shows anymore, but if i could see her i would. i'll be looking forward to her eventual comeback.

 

I would have loved to see that tour she was on with Charli. The two of them together would probably make my face melt. Don't know if that could ever be a thing again with the faux-shade they were throwing each others way.

Cannot wait for the new Charli record. Gawd.

 

I cannot stand Charli anymore honestly. If you're talking about this- Marina and the Diamonds Shades Charli XCX on Instagram, Charli Responds | SPIN I guess that would be the photographer's fault lol. Just last year Charli intervewed her in the feminism doc - Charli XCX Made a Feminism Documentary, ‘The F-Word and Me’ | SPIN So I dunno. I didn't even know about the photography thing. I just haven't liked anything Charli's released in a while, and I got irritated with her on twitter so I unfollowed her. I loved True Romance and "SuperLove" but everything massively changed since, and I just am unable to enjoy it I guess. Oh well. :/

I'm really hoping she gets to do the punk stuff she wanted to do. Sucker was definitely a studio decision in a lot of senses. Vroom Vroom is just weird but i love it.

Guys, this is so heartwarming.

 

I wish someone would give myself and my group of friends a fucking break. It's been blow after blow so far this year.

Friend just found out he has cancer in his bones and a tumor on his spine. That's basically a death sentence. He's starting radiation tomorrow. I'm not sure how much more I can handle.

 

If anyone's feeling like giving recs, I could use some high energy rock albums (preferably pre-90s) to check out while I run.

So far it's been Dio, Journey, Iron Maiden and Deep Purple and it's worked nicely

Have you listened to much Clutch? I know that they are well later than you are asking, but Earth Rocker is some of the most solid DADROCK ever.

 

I've heard their first two, Fair Warning, 1984 and some Van Hagar, but I should totally check out Women and Children First and Diver Down. Thanks!

 

God I hate that term so much, but I'll check them out. Is that the album title too?

Marty Friedman and Jason Becker had a band called Cacophony that put out a record you might like some things about. I mean, I go back to it cause the guitar work is so insane but it also might be a good record to run to maybe

 

I hope Clutch makes music forever. Their last four albums are so wonderful.

 

I did always like Friedman's guitar work in Megadeth
