How Judge hasn’t murdered an ump is beyond me

 

That's the most I've seen Judge react. And he has this "I am so disappointed in you" look on his face.

This is infuriating.

Like, i get that throughout the course of a season teams are gonna play days after nights, but its usually during the SAME series. Like you play the next morning against the same team so everyones just as tired.

The Nationals got to NY by 8pm last night, while the Mets were in the 3rd inning in Miami. After the game that ended at 9:30, they were held longer for random drug testing, keeping them IN miami until after midnight. Get to Laguardia then to citi field by 3am, most of these guys live in Manhattan, theyre home at the earliest 4am, to have to be back at the ballpark by 10am. These guys are running on 3-4 hours of sleep before their home opener.

Just a really shitty and unfair situation. Nobody on the Mets looked awake at all today.
