I just meant the "right now" comment, wasn't sure if you were saying he needs to issue a statement today or not. He hasn't really been doing too much of that until this apology video thing, he's mostly just been doing speaking engagements and such. I don't think that'll change until he's officially in.

This is how people should be responding to this stuff though. Saying you've learned more since that time is never a bad thing, IMO.

  3. And I'm saying if he can't, it's disqualifying.

I hope a predatory man is the nominee to be president for the dems, guarantees a predator in the White House, which I would be a big fan of.

  7. Another day I can't understand how Warren's so far back in the polls to some of these clowns.

all these worthless tools who can’t offer shit saturating the primary has been awful for Warren. fuck all them. if it were like five of them she’d fare much better

Warren has to be the VP choice if Bernie gets the nom, right? It just makes sense.

I would think that Bernie would be under a lot of pressure to select a younger, POC as VP

Bernie and Warren would be tied in a better world

I don't understand how a lot of candidates don't have better polling numbers (okay I get it because at this point it is just name recognition but still). Castro just announced a fantastic immigration policy. Will that get him up in the polls at all or even make a dent in the media coverage? Nah. Warren is rolling out one bold policy after another, but it doesn't do shit to the polls or media.

But Beto stands on cars and gives inspirational quotes, so he's the guy that deserves the money and media attention.

  16. I get why some of the candidates don't get coverage, they're not polling anywhere where it makes sense to cover them, but Warren is, and is a viable candidate, and yet Biden? Really people? I think voters are afraid of Trump and see Warren as another Hillary-like candidate.

which is weird, because Biden is far more Hillary like. but i guess penises are more important than policy when comparing candidates

I think basically every female candidate has been thought of as Hillary-like, meanwhile Biden is literally the male version of Hillary policy and message wise

If Biden does drop out I expect the centrist “we have to be practical and pick the candidate with the best chance to win” pass over Warren and even Kamala and go straight to Beto.

It’s a frustrating kind of nonsense.

I can't even remember what I read about Trump but last night I lost it and was going OFF about how much of a moron he is and how I honestly believe that anyone who thinks that a single thing that comes out of his mouth has even the tiniest shred of credibility should be euthanized, which segued into a diatribe about how fucking great Elizabeth Warren is but her stance in the race right now and the reasons for it make me want to tear the entire world down with my bare hands so it can be rebuilt / try even harder to be an amazing father to my 3-yr-old daughter, and my wife pointed out that on one of our first dates I had said that I couldn't stand talking politics and try to avoid it at all costs.

I thought that was funny, because - while this was a pretty decent rant, like a 10/10 - I do this all of the time now.
