When the quesalupa was a thing, there was one time where they had cooked it so perfectly that the cheese legitimately stretched exactly like it did in all the advertisements. I chased that dragon so many times before they finally discontinued it and it was never made that well again. Still enjoyed it a lot because it was tasty either way.

 

You made me remember that when I was small for some reason my mom always ordered me the Pinto Beans & Cheese side. Not even sure if this still exists on the menu. I'd never order it now. O_O

 

Fiery Doritos shell? I keep reading about this. I didn't know that was an option??? This thread is so enlightening. I'm going to look at TB in a whole new way next time I go.

 

pro tip: look at the online menu first and make a gameplan.

After my first time reading this forum I pulled up to the drive thru and had a million things on my mind that I wanted to order and blanked haha

 

I literally just pulled up their site. My lunch plans may change. I'm seeing a PICK UP AT RESTAURANT option!?! Whaaat. Oh god the pictures of everything look so pristine.

 

The Fire Dorito taco is so damn good you'll never go back to the other two

Also going to go for lunch today and get a regular nacho taco and a spicy one

Spicy potato soft taco SUPREME is indeed the best potato item i’ve ever had at taco bell. Will always order that from now on.

Nacho taco was pretty good, very small, but a solid deal for a dollar. Definitely better than the regular soft or crunchy taco.

The baja chalupa was legit. It’s not going to replace any of the items I typically order, but I’m glad I tried it.

Glad you liked the baja chalupa. Just something so satisfying about that flaky crust holding together all of the heavenly ingredients.

 

I might get this exact order when I go later.

Remember the regular Crispy Potato Soft Taco? I was upset when they changed it to the spicy version. Which do we think is better?

in retrospect if they brought back the OG potato soft taco I would probably still order the spicy version

 

imo everything @TB is better when you go with the spicy version.

 

I generally agree but I will say I don't usually like when all they do is throw jalapenos on something and call it the "spicy version".
