well they just had him lose to a jobber so... clearly they have something planned (I hope) but now I'm not really sure what.

That guy isn't a jobber. He's been with the company for a while and just got a new gimmick and name. We'll be seeing more of him.

I think Tye is being given the Prince Pretty treatment. Breeze lost a shit ton right up to his callup. This is going the exact same way. You are seeing a frustrated guy, putting out awesome offense against new blood that just has the upper hand. He's putting guys over while still looking impressive and honing his gimmick. He'll be jobbing on Smackdown before we know it.

    I've got

    1. AJ Styles
    2. Hiroshi Tanahashi
    3. Kazuchika Okada
    4. Seth Rollins
    5. Shinsuke Nakamura
    6. Kenny Omega
    7. Kevin Owens
    8. Katsuyori Shibata
    9. Will Ospreay
    10. John Cena

Ricochet's gotta be on there. ZSJ in consideration as well.

Like Ospreay a bit more than Ricochet so he has that spot. Need to see more of ZSJ as well, but he's definitely up there. They'd be 11 and 12.

More importantly, why isn't the guy who is the best in the world at what he does at the top of the list?

I think mine would go something like:

    1. Seth Rollins
    2. Shinsuke Nakamura
    3. AJ Styles
    4. Kevin Owens
    5. Zack Sabre Jr.
    6. Kazuchika Okada
    7. Roderick Strong
    8. Katsuyori Shibata
    9. Kenny Omega
    10. Ricochet

10 is rough. Not fitting people like Hero, Cesaro, Balor, Ospreay, Tanahashi, Gargano, etc in there just feels wrong.

    man, I'm pretty Prestigious

    Seth has to be #1

He was 1 last year and hasn't lost a step after the injury.

My 1-4 are pretty much interchangeable, Seth probably is the most consistent, night-in night-out guy.

Styles can just go, most versatile of the bunch.

Okada and Tanahashi are masters of ring psychology and can tell a story like no one else in the business atm.

Finally got around to watching Dominion.

I really, really enjoyed the Nigata/Shibata feud. The announcer selling it's conclusion with a tear in his eye was excellent.

    NXT Post

    - Oney Lorcan is just as silly, if not more so, than Dolph Ziggler. Poor guy

    - Why am I invested in an Aries/NWJ feud? This is going to be a blast.

    - Nakamura and Balor definitely both going up to the main, don't think this match has a real finish, but will be great anyway.

    - I'm so behind on LU its ridiculous.

We don't need to tag NXT unless it hasn't asked yet.

The Omega/Elgin match was just pure fun. So many cool spots.

The crowd was so in to it, oohing and ahhhing at every ladder spot setup. Don't even get me started on how bananas they were during the finish.

That's what happens when you protect your gimmick matches

    A DILAPIDATED BOAT! Prestigious

Yeah after hearing Meltz review Dominion on WOL I knew he'd give Omega/Elgin a 4.75. He loved everything about it except the booking, he probably would have given it 5 stars if Omega won and retained.
