Why can't the Yankees ever beat the fuckin Orioles

 

Hey it is what it is. The Orioles get to shut up those yankee fans for at least one week. Sure when its October and the Yankees are in october baseball and the orioles are struggling to win 60 games, yeah, well obviously, but for now if you're an Oriole fan a big ole middle finger to the Bronx for at least one week

Gardner being anywhere other than 9th is crazy. DJ 9th and Gleybor at 7th? Man, talk about burying some of your best pure hitters on the team.

 

A lot of people on here love A-Rod as an analyst and I don't get it. The ESPN Sunday Night games are always borderline unlistenable for me.

I agree that Mendoza is the best of the three. And basically she just sits up there and giggles.

 

Locking up Xander is huge. Sale, Xander, now need Mookie

 

I miss Joe Morgan.

 

A-Rod's problem with SNB is that he's mic'd up for three hours. His strength is doing those hour long postgame breakdowns, particularly in the postseason, where he can give his insights on what player X was looking for, why something happened, etc. When he's on SNB trying to predict what might happen or just having to speak for three hours, he's brutal. Small doses for A-Rod is key.

Gardner is going to drop off fast. They needed him for depth but he shouldn't play everyday (when Hicks is there) and should never be anywhere but 9th. I don't get it either.

 

whoever is A-Rod's PR manager or whatever deserves a fantastic raise. They've done such an amazing job of improving his image. Compared to other steroid guys.
