I don’t see this topping LLL for me, but I’ve only listened twice, so who knows. It’s a really good and interesting record regardless and that’s all I care about atm.

"tears won't cry" is v weird but i'm pretty sure i love it

 

Early favorites on here are Slip The Noose and Heaven, We're Already Here. Great record.

 

Too early for me to rank it just yet but after three full listens I think I like it even more than I liked Lovely Little Lonely on its release day. Which is saying a whole hell of a lot.

 

I can't listen until I get home tonight.

this is right up there with LLL for me.

 

I was slightly distracted during my first listen so it didn’t grab me as much but I am on my fourth now, turned the volume up a notch and I am feeling all the feelings. Goosebumps, joy, sadness, pride. There is so much going on it is overwhelming me. I love this band.

This album rules. LLL didn't have the staying power it had with a lot of people on here it seems (Pioneer is my fave), but I think this one will. "I Feel It All Over," "Heaven We're Already Here," "Slip the Noose" and "Flowers on the Grave" are all top notch. And the singles are still great, obv.

 

Did everyone who pre-ordered from 8123 get their digital copy? I just ordered the vinyl today and they haven't sent me a link (not surprising, since I just ordered a few hours ago), I was just curious.

I did not realize so many people don't like Forever Halloween... makes no sense to me! Anyways, at least we can mostly agree that this one is great.
