I love him

 

Adderley has better anticipation and instincts from the deep middle imo. Chauncey has that CB versatility but we have two elite corners so I prefer a pure FS

At pick 39, the Bucs select Dalton Risner, OL, Kansas St

They re-upped Donovan Smith, so the LT is covered for now. With Dotson still there for one more year, Risner will be able to step in and start right away at RG with some potential to take over at RT in the future.

I think this is a really good fit between team and player. Sean McDermott and Brandon Beane love guys with positional versatility. They love guys who are leaders and have a bunch of starts under their belt. Although they did just make Mitch Morse a very rich center, this is a little insurance in case he continues to struggle with injuries. The reports I've read on McCoy suggest he may be better suited at guard than center in the NFL. He can cut his teeth in the league at guard and then move to the middle down the road, similar to Eric Wood a decade ago
