I just don't get the point of that. They've said Charlotte's title isn't on the line at Mania. Obviously they could change that but what's the point of last night if they aren't unifying the titles.

 

If they aren't unifying the titles it seriously is probably just to get that last image of the four horsewomen each holding a title

 

Setting up that angle for SS makes sense.

I still don't understand why anyone wants to see that play out

Because it’s been teased for so long and we might as well get it over with.

 

They could've just had Becky vs Ronda and Charlotte vs asuka at mania, merge the titles at survivor series in the title vs title match.

 

So at this point, the only real thing I can see myself getting excited about at WM, is maybe having Owens win the battle royal. And that's assuming he's even on the show.

 

He'll probably beat up Elias during his performance signaling that he's going to raw, or something like that

 

I didn't remember who won it last year until it popped up in a video package. Giving it to Matt Hardy was odd, to say the least.

 

i recall rumors of Fox wanting there to be a clear line between Smackdown talent and Raw talent heading into the fall. for that reason i don’t think they’re going for a title unification, i would think they would keep a women’s title exclusive to Smackdown. at the same time the Women’s Tag are cross-brand so who knows

you honestly think they would unify titles and then reintroduce two separate belts in six months?

 

If you aren't excited about Wrestlemania then just quit watching WWE bro.
