Definitely. But we have another cat Poe who adjusted to Hamlet quickly so we weren't worried about bringing a new kitten in too much. I've also been super vigilant about them trading scents and being separate for a few days first. It definitely paid off

 

Home owners let me pick your brains. My MIL needs a new dryer vent hose. It's gotta be 6-8 feet from the vent on the dryer to the vent outside and my FIL "fixed" it at some point with a length of pvc pipe between the metal tubing...you think it's safe to replace the metal and keep the pvc? My gut feeling is no but my need to get this done quickly says reuse it

Pvc lasts a good amount of time in a situation like that.

Low stress. Just heat and it's not being moved around a lot. I wouldn't bother changing it.
