in defense of the genre is sick, the self titled is sick and risky in a pop way, Hebrews is a cool experiment but I think I listened to it a handful of times at most and the new one is pretty good considering how spotty Max's track record had been by then. they also put out maybe the most unlistenable album I ever heard soooo your mileage may vary lol. as per usual, the lyrics throughout are self aware enough to be self referential but not self aware enough to not be bad often lol. you're all caught up
