I'm a bulk clerk at a Sprouts Farmers Market

 

oh dude that's dope. I love Sprouts.

 

It's an interesting mix of heavy lifting and customer service that, as it turns out, I don't hate

For those who aren't privy to the funk, Sprouts has the best bulk candy aisle in the bulk candy aisle game. Check that shit out, yo.

 

They pay me $15.10/hour, currently over minimum wage here and enough to cover my share of the bills. Other departments like meat or deli get paid more but I'm not sure how much more

But yeah every day I have a favorite customer. Like the one middle age guy who pointed at a bin and said "You need to fill it. I came here just for this" and so I went in the back and drank my coffee for a few minutes because I knew we were out of what he wanted and fuck that guy
