I got a weird look that was a mix of amusement and contempt from a woman walking her dog while rolling into the apartment complex yesterday when I was listening to Spanish Love Songs with the windows down because it was the first 70 degree day we've had this year. It was worth it.

 

Not sure about this one yet. It was initially a bit jarring hearing how different it is from their previous albums. I'll try to revisit it later and maybe it'll click.

 

this album, for sure, has the best use of those little videos Spotify lets you play

 

It's fun, not as good as Rock the Fuck On Forever (yet), but I dig. Reminds me a little of the last Joyce Manor record

this is great. they're playing a venue that is a 4minute walk from my apartment next Friday. bosh

 

Really enjoying this album on the first few listens, this’ll be perfect once the summer hits. Also I’m proper stoked to be seeing them and turnstile at the same festival in July, that’s gonna be a blast.

 

This is not what I expected but it's pretty catchy and fun

 

This is so fun. I haven't listened to anything prior to these singles (I always assumed they played some brand of hardcore?) but this album rules. Wish I could have made it to the show with Wicca Phase, but it was the same night as Vince Staples. I totally agree with the comparison to the last Joyce Manor record. Can't wait to blast this in the summer.

 

You might like the last record! It’s more punk but it’s still incredibly catchy

This album has grown on me a lot over the weekend

 

My kids officially love Bang My Drum and it makes me feel like father of the year. Every time we listen to it we have to listen at least 3 times in a row.

This has never not been true.

 

Bang My Drum should be played in every arena across the world during breaks or downtime. It’s the type of song that kids, adults, dogs, seniors can all dance and jam to.

 

Bang My Drum sounds like the theme song for a sitcom, in a good way

 

feel like it's straight up not possible to listen and be in a bad mood

 

This has very quickly become my AOTY.
