I smell bullshit haha! Wouldn’t be the first time he claimed something like that and then didn’t come through. But boy do I hope it actually happens.

 

Did anything ever come of Jamies tweet about the Notes and Mexico thing?​

 

Wasn’t the date today? Presume we’ll know by the end of the day. I’m banking on nothing though. He posts stuff like that way too often and rarely ever does anything actually come of it.

Jamie promises things they don’t deliver at an alarmingly regular rate. It’s jaded my belief in anything they ever claim until it’s actually there.

 

Tbh I’m fine with them taking their time and making sure Notes is as great as it can be. ABIIOR will hold me over til then.

 

Oh absolutely. But like, why bother promising anything if you’re not 100% sure. It’s just wasting the fan’s time. And it’s not even like a recent thing - from day one people have complained about it. Hell, it’s become a meme for them.

If it takes all year to release the album I don’t care - the fact they’re citing the EPs as influence makes me so bloody excited for this album. I was admittedly disappointed with the last two. There’s some excellent songs on both, but as a whole neither have wowed me the same way the EPs initially did. With everything that’s been said about Notes so far, I’m confident this is the album I’ve been waiting for from them.

 

The band could straight up say "New song on Monday!" and I'll still expect Monday to pass with nothing, and then on Thursday they'll release some vague picture on social media. The way they roll these albums out are super annoying and slow. (Annoyingly slow)

 

No but this is 100% out by Reading and Leeds, that's a hard deadline. Single June 1st or something, you know what they're like.

 

They played ILIWYS songs live before they were released, so I’m expecting the same with this upcoming album.

 

...so...what was I saying about how Jamie not delivering? Does anybody know if there’s anything they’ve released on social media that he could’ve been referring to? Because seriously, that’s just ridiculous if nothing happened.

 

This. It’s a sad state of affairs when you you have to take everything they say with a pinch of salt.

 

Something that did change is the stage layout.
