Points/rewards
Some places have rewards apps and lots of (stupid) people don't sign up for them so nobody gets those points. So let's say you went to freebirds and you don't have an account you give me your receipt (me - a smart person) will then add your receipt to my account as if I bought that and I get those points.

Surveys
A lot of times places will put coupons on the bottom or the back of receipts that you have to do an online survey to get a code for. These are usually good coupons, pizza huts is $10 off a $20 order. Chick fil a obviously has one. And some sonics have a free route 44 coupon.


Tl;dr give me your receipts. I don't care where it's from, I'll take anything.
