Bottom 5 song for me.

 

Snake charmer would be ok with better lyrics.

 

Same here along with Fighting the Gravity, Love Is Dangerous, MH and This Is Home.

Only thing I like about Snake Charmer is the bridge.

 

I remember being so bummed with all the AVA influence on Neighborhoods. I typically/only listen to that album in the fall too.

 

I like Snake Charmer's lyrics cos there's so many "i" sounds it allows for maximum Tomming.

Yeah the lyrics are a little cringe at times but the music makes it.

 

Kaleidoscope, Even If She Falls, and Ghost are top tier Neighborhood. (Confession: I LOVE This Is Home too)

 

I like this is home as well (shrug)

Sorry to side track this, but does ANYONE remember that one song in which a girl sings and has lyrics that talk about the 90’s and plaid shirts and whatnot?

I’m pretty sure Mark retweeted it or tweeted about it or was featured on it? Or was related somehow to it. I wanna say it was 2011?


Edit: I’m waiting for a nice warm spring day so I can throw on California again. That record = warm weather for me. Need to revisit it before the new one comes out.

Seems fair enough.

 

Travis has been liking a bunch of tweets saying that the album is out before warped tour, so maybe its true after all. I first thought it was something he just made up in the moment, not thinking too much about their schedule.

 

It would be fun for them to drop an album with like a week's notice

I remember Mark saying something about it, and it looks like Nothing and Nobody remixed it? The only thing Nothing and Nobody ever did. So far

 

I think I remember Mark saying that he started N&N, with Chris Holmes, to have something to do while Tom was busy with AVA and leaving blink hanging. They had a few songs written but I guess nothing came of it since Tom. Is. Out. and Mark finally could enter the studio with blink. Would love to hear what they were working on though!

 

Mark should release his own "Odds and Ends" album

 

With a cover of “Everything’s Magic”

 

Mark already ripped that album off anyway. Golden Showers was all about CALIFORNIA. Suburban Kings? Kings of the Weekend. Animals? RABBIT hole. Tom was the ghost writer for Feldmann all along!
