So I just saw this poster floating around and uhhh wow I might go to this?? Only a 4 hour drive for me...

My friend and I have been speculating the blurred out name might be La Dispute...big Michigan band and their tour schedule lines up, so....

 

They’re a million times bigger than Camp Cope though

 

Unfortunately, Adam Vass from La Dispute already confirmed on Instagram they are not playing this year, probably because they just headlined the festival back in 2017.

I am hoping the blurred out name might be The Swellers. Since both of Nick and Jonathan Diener's new bands are already playing the festival anyways.

 

Yeah it's hard to guess who would be billed under Camp Cope, Fireworks maybe but they would definitely outdraw Camp Cope I'd imagine

 

Is it Emery?

 

Not really sure why they'd have to hold off on announcing that

 

As far as I’ve heard, it is not The Swellers. That would be the ultimate best outcome though.

 

Need the Swellers to come back and do a 10 year show for Ups and Downsizing

 

Definitely would be stoked for The Swellers or Fireworks.

 

Illuminati Hotties were added. Not sure if they're the blurred band or not, can't seem to find that anywhere

 

While I like them that would be super lame to blur out a name that high billed for it to end up being Illuminati Hotties

 

Folks it’s gonna be PUP once the Michigan date of the tour passes.

Strange magic is a band everyone needs to be aware of.

Their first show Played the house of Vans pop up in detroit and it went off. Piñatas full of money. All sorts of goofy stuff.

Fun times ahead from what I’m told for their set. Not to be missed and honestly one of the most fun bands currently.
