I just went back and read Rolling Stone's review of Neighborhoods.. They mention Heart's All Gone and then quoted a line from Wishing Well. And then talked about Hoppus' verse in This Is Home... Nobody should ever listen to Rolling Stone. Ugh.

 

And Not Now still sounded killer too ! At least Matt's mistakes aren't brutal either aha.

Yeah, once he got past those first 3 lines the rest of the song was pretty damn perfect.

On my FB feed, a few punk outlets are posting the Carousel video and making it a point that Matt fucked up. It's infuriating.

those ones and Tunnels are the only songs I like off that album, but I think they're the best Angels songs since We Don't Need to Whisper

I was at this show and found this hilarious. It was Milwaukee on the reunion tour.

 

I like pretty much 3/4th of I-Empire, and prefer it to DW honestly. WDNTW and Iempire are their best efforts. The two love albums were hit or miss and when the band went downhill for me, especially part 2. DW was a step in a better direction but was still hit or miss. Haven't felt a chance to try the EP
