Danger Days is my favorite MCR album. The “you mother fucker” is only bested by the “HAIR BACK, MOTHERFUCKER”

 

Sing is decent but it has an incredible bridge

I always associate Sing with Glenn Beck whining about it lmao

Also the "Keeping running" part is iconic to my soul

 

Sing is a fine song but it had a monumental impact on rock music for the next decade, so it's kinda an insane song too, with a fabulous bridge

Lol it was hilarious cause he called it propaganda and then used the lyrics as an example, which he misheard/misquoted

 

I think it paved the way for the resurgence of big anthems like what FOB and Panic are back to doing currently, and even bands like imagine dragons but on a much more basic level. Basically reassuring rock bands that pop and rock are meant to be together. I think the album as a whole sparked the whole throwback 80's-90's sound that is still raging today.

 

I think saying "Sing" is responsible for that is a bittttt of a stretch. A precursor might be more accurate
