Just when One was doing so well with the signings. Who does Vitor even fight? Vera at heavyweight? Aung La N Sang at light heavy? They don't have much depth in the higher weights.

I don't get it....After a specific period of time that stuff won't be in your system, period. Not with "traces" or "pulsing," like it will literally be diminished completely after what I believe should be a 2 year period. How long is this going to go on for before it's like "OK, this guy is actually using, possibly microdosing, and we can't deny it anymore."

This isn't rocket science and USADA makes me feel almost insulted as a sports fan. We are not this fucking dumb.

Edit: The guy is trained in multiple martial arts and he has proven that he can fight anyone in grappling or striking. But this nonsense with drugs has done the damage and I cannot believe that anyone could still call him the best ever. Call it a DQ for life, that guy will never be the best because of this stuff and the fact that it is still going on is mind-boggling to me.

 

Why couldn't you just keep your dumb mouth shut.

 

Look I'm real confused with this all but isn't Jones sometimes testing clean and sometimes popping prove that he isn't using it anymore and there are just super small doses in his system. Like .0000001 in his system?

 

I just don't think Jones is still actively cheating. Did he? Absolutely and there's no defending that. But I don't think he's micro dosing.

 

There's 5 different entities testing him right now in the past 2 months .They mix between positive and negative and the positives show up around the same super small level.

 

He also says Jon isn't the only athlete this is happening to. They just don't report on anyone else, I have no idea why

It's to the point where the science has become so advanced, so quickly, that the scientists don't even have answers as to why it's happening

 

It is a bizarre situation, but the UFC has punished and put sanctions on fighters basically in much more harsh ways. His crowd pull and popularity is giving him a pass. Irregularities in testing ALWAYS resulted in fighters not being allowed to fight until its cleared up. This stuff showing up still almost 3 years later is definitely fishy.

 

Also, I hate Covington.

 

Yeah I can't argue that his drawing power is giving him special treatment, it will be interesting to see how fighters are treated in the future though in similar circumstances, I kind of feel like the game is changing in that with how accurate science can get.

 

OR.....he’s effectively cheating the system. That sounds more exciting lol
