Got mine on Friday from Dead Oceans/Secretly! I wonder why there's such a bad delay for everyone else?

 

Did anyone order from a site called DeepDiscount lol? That was the last link posted in here at the time that still advertised the orange vinyl being available

Haven’t heard anything. I think I’m just gonna play wait-and-see and if nothing comes before my show next month I’ll just get whatever they have at the merch table and try to cancel the order

 

I called Rough Trade NYC cause I am honestly annoyed now that it's been a week and I see no update on my shipment. They told me they are waiting on the post office to pick up the shipment. I told him I am not the only one and that I know of others who are waiting and it seems like all of us who are waiting are fine and our package is just...sitting at the store. I am at a loss for words lol, you're waiting a week on the post office to come to you, shouldn't you be sending shipments out fairly consistently or am I just not understanding how they work?

 

assuming everyone missing their LP from Rough Trade is waiting for the orange one? the standard black copy was everywhere in the store when I stopped in on Saturday. either way that's terrible.

 

yeah rough trade emailed me back and said they are "compelling" the post office to come and do a pickup since they haven't come in a week... take the fucking records to the PO and ship them my dude....

 

When I picked mine up in-store on Saturday night, I saw a bunch of other preorders sitting in a box. Have to image those are your copies...

I ordered from rough trade as well. They tried to charge my card early last week but had that card cancelled because I lost it. Updated the payment info and no action was taken on it until I emailed them this morning. The records I ordered show shipped now.

i was kind of a jerk in my email to rough trade. they said they've left the store and they gave me a partial refund. now i feel bad.

 

So long as you didn’t get personal I wouldn’t worry about it. It’s bogus that you still don’t have it & Im all about justice in commerce.

 

Regarding the Shallow thing, I hate to say this but after reading the Ryan Adams stuff I sort of felt like... that was darkest timeline version of Star is Born and I have mixed feelings about that whole movie now.
