I kind of love it honestly. This is maybe the pettiest band in history.

 

I mean... there’s no way he has an actual LEGAL case here, is there? Besides maybe getting some sort of severance payment? I don’t know how that would even work.

 

Honestly, I don't, like, live for them being petty children. But if you're a fan of the Mac long enough eventually you just chuckle and sigh.

 

So like, I didn't know they had as many albums as they do haha. Going through all their early work now. Future Games is fantastic.

I've never heard the pre-Buckingham stuff but ever since Kirwan died, I've had an itch to listen to Bare Trees.

Silver Springs belongs on Rumours and I will die on that hill.

 

Even though the entire saga behind the song *not* being on the album is quintessential Fleetwood Mac, it definitely does.

 

Just heard Nicks’ debut solo album Bella Donna for the first time and... whoa. Highly recommended if for some reason any of y’all haven’t heard it.

 

1000% agree - While it’s fun to imagine the album ending with Silver Springs (my personal preference) the story of it being left off just makes the story of Rumours all that much better. My wife and I call it the Butterfly Effect moment of Rumours.

 

Such a great album. My Dad gave me a bunch of his old records when I got my turntable and that was one of them, and I've loved it ever since. It has to be one of the best debut solo albums from someone in a band.

 

Her first 3 are all killers, imo

 

Agreed. I underrated Rock A Little for a long time, but Talk To Me and If I Were You have become 2 of my favorite songs she's ever done.

 

My quest to own everything Buckingham Nicks era continued this weekend

Hell Yes! I have the Buckingham Nicks lp hanging on my wall! Say You Will is incredibly underrated and I've probably listened the dance more than any other record in my life!
