That's neat. They're both still in the band though, but like I said, it was a million years ago and I'm not holding any grudges. As far as I know they haven't had songs like that since take off your pants? So, it's all good.

 

Watching this live stream has me so ready to see them again... I can't wait. I'm going to have to be patient until August somehow.

 

Greatest hits set list is getting old but I totally understand why they are playing it

That was literally the tightest they've ever played. Matt barely pulls off Carousel but small sacrifice. Lets hear it for a televised performance getting the bass right. Always was awesome.

 

2016 and Mark still struggles to play the intro to Carousel

 

Did he end up nailing it? At some point during he looked incredibly pleased with himself but he almost always seem to look incredibly pleased with himself.

 

Two things... They need to drop Carousel until Matt can play it correctly.

Carousel is one of the only ones I can't imagine a blink set without. Matt plays it fiiiiine.

He hasn't played the intro right since he joined. With a pro recording it is very obvious now. The bridge was absolutely butchered. It should be replaced with M+M's

 

Okay, then I'll put it in simpler terms: people should shut the hell up about anything related to Tom and attempt to appreciate what they currently have.

I like both Tom and Matt's vocals/guitar playing. Especially their imperfections.

 

He does do a much better job with M&M's. I'm fine with it though when he plays everything else so well lol. Tom it would've been one song well, 19 poorly haha

 

I really cannot wait to hear how the album opens with Cynical. I get such a rush when I hear highly anticipated albums for the first time but the first 5 seconds are weirdly exciting for me. Will there be a long/short feedback swell? Will it be a swift kick in the ass like the opening to Anthem Pt. II? Or will there be a spacey intro that lasts 30 seconds too long? If I had to guess, I'd predict an opening similar to Lycanthrope, where the song just starts-- full band kicking.
