also yeah i'm going to that AILD show and I'm excited but I'm not gonna deny that Lambesis is still a piece of shit

 

I'd be down to see Phinehas and Currents together, but not in those circumstances.

 

When I saw Blessthefall in Tampa in September they drew okay

Tim Lambesis may or may mot still be a piece of shit, but that's not worth gambling public suppirt for him for.

 

Fair enough. AILD was the band that got me into metalcore, which I am sure is the case for many people. Only got to see them twice. I have been excited for their return yet I feel uncomfortable being like "hell yeah AILD is back fuckers"

 

which part? was definitely being hyperbolic but the lane BTF has been in has taken a severe downturn the past five years that it will not sustain itself. lot of cool shit happening in the hardcore adjacent world (and a few bands like wage war are doing big stuff) but the bands that have not gotten better have not enjoyed success

I just took a look at my Ticketmaster account to see if my ADTR ticket for the Portland, ME show was there, and this is what I found? My card was also charged the correct amount and I never got a confirmation email. I hope I actually get a ticket and don’t have to deal with trying to get it again.

 

Same this is what my Ticketmaster looks like for the Maine date.

I really enjoyed Hard Feelings and thought it was a good direction for the band.
