Ahhh, so this will probably be the thread of multiple breakdowns during the primaries and general election ... hello friend ... hello.

 

i do have reservations about how Bernie Sanders personally murdered Rosa Luxemburg and dumped her body in the Landwehr Canal but i will vote for him nonetheless

 

I’m really not looking forward to the primaries

Politicians love to run for shit. That's what they do.

I'm curious to see what he can do this time around with a more spread out base of candidates. He's not the default "not Hillary" vote this time and I feel a lot of animosity and a lot of excitement around his campaign. So, it's going to be interesting to see how that plays out.

I’m sure it’s more fit for the accountability discussion than here, but since it was brought up I do want to say that I am all for calling out dead (or old) celebrities for being terrible people so they stop being worshipped like gods among the general public. Like obviously it’s not a pressing issue, but there are so many of those old interviews that got completely skipped over at the time and should be re-evaluated, especially when it comes to MeToo kinds of issues. Of course it’s better to hold them accountable while they’re still around and to just stop the cycle to begin with...

I would straight up go hide in the woods for two years if Hillary ran again, solely to avoid the right’s nonstop marathon of bashing her and brining her up every moment of the day. I’d rather become a wild man than put up with that again.
