okay what a cool ass song tho. the second half is spectacular.

this record is very much shaping up to be ROTH pt. 2

 

4/21 for Philly.... jesus. Already have 4/30 Foxing, 4/27 Camp Cope, 4/29 Pup. That's a rough few days.

Ya 40% of the album before its even a month out is crazy.

These songs are all just ok for me :/ I'm like 99% sure I will enjoy them within context of a record though

They play Cleveland the same day as Foxing which is pretty fucked up

 

Oof, this new song didn’t leave a great first impression on me.

The other ones are incredible though.

 

None of these songs to me are anywhere as good as ROTH.

 

dang i thought anyone that liked roth would love these.

 

Yeah, I adore the other 3 songs.

Yeah I think the new track may be my favorite of the ones released so far.

 

yeah listening to the other singles makes me feel like i have to wait for the whole record.

 

I’m holding off on this one and any others. Their music calls for full context for me to enjoy & form a connection. After the connection is made though, I can go back & enjoy singular tracks.

Haven’t listened to this yet but the previous new songs got me back into Wildlife and I think even enjoy that album more than I did before.

 

I know this is going to sound like a stupid question because it’s a Will Yip record, but does the production sound like ROTH?

 

I’m sure it’s the sound they wanted to go for but I don’t think it sounds very good and it’s not as clear as ROTH to me if that makes sense

 

Wildlife is a masterpiece.

 

New song is just ok for me tbh, but like others said it may work better in context of the full album.

 

After reading that Rolling Stone article I’m even more hyped for this album.

 

Can't believe I never really got into "Rooms of the House" previously, this album is a masterpiece.
