    I never really participated in the NFL thread, but I came here to say how excited I am for this league.
    I was never a huge college football fan (not entirely sure why?) but I love watching the NFL and wow, that was a fun weekend of football to watch compared to what I imagined it would be.
    I think this league has potential and can't wait for the future of it.

    Ratings this week were really good, but tapered off throughout the game. Something similar happened with the XFL, leading to the ratings to be almost half in the second week. Curious to see how it holds up.

    This has the best chance of succeeding out of the all the new leagues popping up especially since they're trying to be complimentary to the NFL.

    I think ratings won’t look good this weekend bc the games are on NFL Network and CBS Sports Network. 75% of people I know don’t even get those channels. Wish they would put this on Network TV like they did the opening game. The Bham game is on TNT though, so I guess that’s pretty accessible.
