Oh shoot yeah you're right, I completely forgot that's already been announced for a while. I have no clue why Volumes was just thrown on Swanfest then. Maybe it's because they're local?

Andy said in an interview that they weren’t planning on touring this year, but this package was too good to pass up.

Do people really think that the WCAR/CTE tour is going to sell out? The venue they are playing in my city is the same venue the The Amity Affliction/SF tour hit and it didn’t sell out till the day of. I will be attending the WCAR show but I don’t think it will sell out

Some of these venues are small. I can see it. I think it could also be a selling ploy because they want a larger audience. Both bands have lost some of their draw in the past few years, however I think WCAR should be okay. Dave is an incredible unclean vocalist and many bands and fans have shown love and support for their decision to continue without Kyle.

Last time WCAR headlined Tampa they played a smaller venue and I think CTE may have headlined the Orpheum but it definitely didn't sell out. I don't see Tampa selling out but the other cities on the tour may if they're in smaller cap rooms.

My venue is the same one Crown The Empire OPENED for Underoath at last November, and it's 2000 capacity.

WCAR played a 900 cap room last time they played my town, so unless their draw went up since Kyle died, idk what they expect.

"Expanding" as in moving towards different genres? They said they were going back to their metal/metalcore roots this year

Looks like War On Women and Pohgoh are the openers on Jawbreaker's spring tour. Really solid adds!

did WCAR take any kind of break after the guy died? feel like you would not be able to tell they took a huge hit based on their touring

He died like a few days before they went on tour opening for BFMV-- They went ahead with tour to "celebrate the life of Kyle Pavone" and spread awareness.

They said they'd take break afterwards to plan out the future, but wow-- this was quicker than I thought.

Isn’t that a bit of a venue downgrade? Isn’t this usually an outdoor festival?

It's being held outdoors. White Oak Music Hall also has an ampitheatre style setup outside the main venue. It can hold around 3,000-3,500 people

Yea CTE headlined the Orphuem with Blessthefall/New Years Day/Too Close To Touch the last time but it didn’t sell out. WCAR did sell out the Crowbar but still going from 350 cap to a 750 cap even with CTE I don’t think they will sell out. I really love WCAR and will be there and hope this tour does well but I think they are thinking it will do better then it actually will.

I'll be at the Orpheum too, I'm not big on CTE but I actually travelled up to Atlanta to see that BFMV/WCAR tour and Dave was great doing both parts.

Not big on CTE but Erra and Shvpes from what I’ve checked out so far I can get into. Is it just Dave doing the vocals or are any other members helping?
