  1. TLOU is my favorite game of all time

Every Naughty Dog game dating back to Crash 1 is at the very least great

There has never been a game I wanted to love more than TLOU

That Bojack Horseman monologue where he talks about the show "Becker" is my exact feelings on TLOU

i doubt i’d dig Uncharted or TLOU but that’s mainly because i hate pretty much any third person shooter that exists, just not my thing

Uncharted is less of a shooter than a platformer imo

I've been soloing up until this point, just beat my first Anjanath last night. do you think it's worth opening up to randoms? I know you're on PS4 but is the community, in general, pretty chill or nah?

I am so tempted to jump back in the Division 1 and try to finish it. I say this every few months....

it is very worth it, generally. the difficulty is ranked up per person that joins your quest, but not until they actually join, so if you set a quest to 4 player and no one joins it remains at solo difficulty. in terms of the community, it’s the best i’ve ever run into for a game. there is no incentive to being anything less than fully cooperative so the worst you’ll run into is someone too low of a level for whatever quest you’re doing trying to piggyback on you to get higher rank rewards, but the ranking system in this game makes that rather difficult. i feel like i’ve only seen it a handful of times.

i played mostly solo for 80% of the campaign and have been enjoying it much, much more online. the SOS flare feature is awesome as well for when a solo fight is going down the tubes and you don’t wanna forfeit. have had plenty of super geared up people come save my ass.

I have a solid list of 60+ games I've started and never finished.

    I'll get to them...someday...

i am also very bad at that but i’ve started to hold myself to three games at a time. right now i’m playing Dragon Quest, Smash, and Hollow Knight. i’m not going to let myself buy a new game until i finish one of those. otherwise i wind up wasting a whole lot of money and don’t finish a bunch of games that i would like to finish

this is super helpful, thank you. I think I'll just start setting everything to 4 player and leaving it open to see what happens. almost used an SOS flare last night, and then I didn't, and then I died.

it was SO COOL watching the Anjanath throw down with I think a Rathalos. it was less less cool when the flying dragon got bored with it and then started to chase me down. it was a "well, would ya look at that" moment that quickly turned into a "holy shit run" moment.

I completely agree. I love the new weapons, and also the fact that the difficulty ramps up and you really need to use the better weapons.

I haven't bought an actual game or system in Gamestop in forever, but I definitely buy the occasional action figure or collectible there. With the demise of Toys R Us (and Kmart, I guess, though they've been dead for years), there just aren't that many physical places to buy stuff like that. That kind of bums me out.

I played about 3 hours of Uncharted 1 and I lost count of how many shootouts and bulletsponges there were.
