I don't remember him saying he was an anti-racist skinhead, but I definitely remember him saying he hung out with them and got into fights with the racist skinheads often in the 80's in chicago.

 

And I sort of remember the story of a tattoo he has that literally says "cover up" because it's covering up a tattoo he got when he was young and was super uncomfortable throughout getting the tattoo because the guy tattooing him was saying a bunch of racist shit.

They're a real "organization" if you will.

Matt later says, "We were in different skinhead gangs," when speaking of the "Skinbird" whom he got in a fight with at that show.

He seems like a guy that's dabbled in a bunch of different things. His Church of Satan beliefs are well documented too (not sure he's still into that).

 

Damn, their untitled album was so inspired. They sounded like legit, polished, well established musicians firing on all cylinders. The album was damn near brilliant. If I had to choose either Untitled or Devil And God Raging i'd most likely go with Blink.

 

Someone just posted a vid on IG of First Date, def looks like it's from tonight. So not dropped lol.
