Ok then. A Netflix Ray Romano special.

 

I have weird feelings about Ray Romano. He's honestly great in Parenthood and The Big Sick but then like it's still Ray Romano

 

I love him. He’s a great actor, in those two things in particular ^^^, and his comedy is simple and easy to digest.

 

Remember Ray Ramono in that TNT show Men of a Certain Age? I loved that show.

 

I love Ramono! ELR is one of the best shows ever, and everyday I cry that it’s no longer on Netflix.

 

I've heard that's great from my parents, but it's not available on any streaming services last I checked.

 

Ray Romano is probably the only comedian in his sixties who doesn't just call millenials babies who can't take a joke in his standup

 

WHenever ELR is on TNT (or TBS) we start watching it....

The characters, like Seinfeld, just blend perfectly together... I can only imagine the bloopers are hilarious.

So few characters really, like Seinfeld, and so 'clean', but unlike Seinfeld, these characters all seem 'nice'.

I though it was just okay after the first couple episodes, but I wound up watching it all in 2 sittings and by the end I really loved it.

 

I just finished Roma and wowzers...

 

You recommend? Tonight I'm either gonna watch Roma or Blackkklansman.

Honestly, I mostly watch Netflix for the original content...and Star Trek.

like, a commercial before an episode or movie or is it worse than that?

 

Usually like 4 for every episode
Typically 2 minutes or less

 

Movies have them before they start but don’t break it up in the middle. Shows have them before and during and are usually the same few rotating so they all get old really fast.

 

Commercial free Hulu is more than worth it. And is cheaper than the HD standard Netflix plan.
