Glad Russia lost. Hopefully Wales bury them alive so that they can go back home as both a disgrace and a disappointment.

I'm still sort of shocked that they've gone for England fans in the way they have. I wasn't aware we had any sort of rivalry with them at all.

As for Wales tomorrow, I hope we win. That being said, I can see us being pretty tepid and probably stumbling to a 1-1.

 

Albania has had two very good chances already in this game. Would love an Albania victory.

 

I know teams can rise up in the moment and play well, but there's really no excuse here for France to not be up at least 2-0 in Marseille.

Can't take credit away from Albania though. They are so tough.

As the son of a Welsh mother and an English father I'm torn. I used to always support England for football and Wales for Rugby.

To be honest. Due to the lack of Welsh representation and England's continuous disappointments and boring football I secretly root for Italy in tournaments.

Going in to the tournament I was pretty excited by the current england team but I think I'm gonna root for the underdogs in Wales today. Would be great to see them go far in this tournament.

 

Sadly that's how tournaments go though.

 

Amazing how with one little comment Gareth Bale has managed to banter off Roy Hodgson, Jack Wilshere and the entire English National Team, Matt LeTissier, Paul Merson, Phil Thompson and Charlie Nicholas. Definitely Banter of the Tournament right there.
