I never thought anything could dethrone [Untitled] but I’m pretty sure this is not only my AOTY but one of my favorite albums of all time

This album is hitting me like Nick Cave’s “Skeleton Tree” album from a couple years back. Is it objectively great? Yes. But I will have to be in a mood to ever want to listen much.

 

The other day I was listening to this, doing some regular shopping in Target, while being surrounded by the chaos of Christmas shoppers and it was perfect haha

 

Well... it's like I always say when I'm blaring Daughters while holiday shopping, the only way to beat the chaos is to immerse yourself in it.

 

I love humming to this song so much.

 

I would love for somebody to discover that video, not knowing the band at all, and decide to look up more of their stuff only to find a video from their grind days with Alex wastedly shrieking with his cock exposed

i got on a pretty big daughters kick on youtube a few weeks ago and randomly stumbled across that video. how it still exists on youtube is beyond me. what a shitshow lol

Such a great record! I always get chills when I hear the song Daughter.
But to be fair, the only song that still does nothing for me, is Less Sex. Maybe seeing it live will convince me...
