finished watching the show You on netflix.

it was good I guess. 7/10. it's a poor man's CW version of dexter.
I'll watch the 2nd season next year.

 

I think it’s funny regal changed their logo a few months ago but we still have the old logo on half the shit there

 

the biggest problem I have with it is that it's pretty much just dexter carbon copy. it's not bad, it's just a direct rip off basically. down to the narration, flashbacks, being a killer with a 'code' that was taught to him at a young age to control his 'monster'. the only real difference is that joe is a romantic and wants love and to be loved and dexter was more indifferent and tried to keep himself from feeling.

 

also finished rewatch of House yesterday so going to rewatch Dexter next.

 

Pet peeve: when instead of saying something like “do you guys have boxes?” they’ll phrase the question “you guys don’t have any boxes?”

We do. The wording just pisses me off for some reason.
