Sounds like something I would like. My favorite eggs benny ever came with an english muffin topped with a slice of heirloom tomato, then thick ham, sort of like a ham steak, poached egg, and an absurd amount of crab meat in the hollandaise. I'm sure lobster would be good too.

If you ever go up to Bar Harbor/Acadia, this is THE place to eat breakfast in that area of Maine, especially blueberry pancakes:

Damn that place sounds awesome, I wanna go there now hahaha. I wanna do a Portland ME trip and go to different surrounding areas, would definitely hit up Bar Harbor if this happens.

 

The tiny greasy spoon diners are the best spots for breakfast

This looks great! If I'm ever in need of breakfast and in that area, I'm 100% stopping.

We're trying to plan a Portland, Maine trip at some point soon too. I'm thinking of popping the question when we see Hamilton in August... so with a ring in the budget and multiple other weddings coming up (including one in........ Colorado), I'm not sure when we'll get the chance to go up. If you do go to Bar Harbor, let me know, I can make some killer suggestions. Although, I'm sure your better-half can as well.
