kirby lane in the austin/round rock area is the best breakfast place if you're ever in the area.

not sure if there are any anywhere else.

 

for my money: the fights just aren't as good at ihop

 

IHOP is weird because like there's certain food items that are great at IHOP but there are also completely inedible items

And those inedible items are usually the things I'd want for breakfast

Denny's and WH are more consistent across the menu IMO

 

Really it's all breakfast food and I'm not gonna be upset about getting breakfast food

 

the quality of coffee is very important at a breakfast place

 

But yeah, my favorite breakfast place is a local one called bad waitress diner, a lot of gluten free, organic choices, coffee is from a local spot I love.

Kinda expensive but worth it.

Our favorite breakfast place closed down because the owner moved to Colorado

I never go out for breakfast so I don't have a favorite breakfast food place, sorry guys I love sleeping and just prefer lunch food

 

my thing is this: I like everything on the Waffle House menu

is it the cleanest, healthiest food I can find? no, but I didn't go for that

I like waffles...a lot. I like the Waffle House type of waffle the best too. fuck that Belgian bullshit

so naturally I would like Waffle House more

not to mention Denny's fucked up their pancake recipe and idk wtf ihob is doing

It just doesn't crack the tier that was previously set for me. It's also very out of the way now, was much easier to do CB when we were in east Plano

holy shit that is good. plus morning margaritas are a good thing.

There's a place in Hico TX that I drive by when I'm picking up my kids in Evant that looked like a good breakfast place and one day Laura and I looked it up to see about stopping there and as it turns out it is a past and potentially present meeting place of the Ku Klux Klan

Safe to say we never went

 

Snooze is best but it's exhausting trying to get a table sometimes

 

waffle house is good to me because they have the thin waffles

and its cheap

I dont eat there often but Id go there over any breakfast chain personally
