Damn that is unfortunate, there is one like five minutes from my place that on every weekend there is always a 60-80 minute wait to eat there, it’s wild. But I’ve never had any bad experiences, I think the worst was one time they basically burned the hash browns to shit, but that was one time in many.

just kidding but this is the food proc I use. it was my wife's grandma's when she passed my wife wanted it and it still works pretty well especially considering it's probably 25 years old.

 

This is mine:
Cuisinart - Elemental 4-Cup Chopper/Grinder
Really basic and minimal, but works extremely well. If I had to buy a new one, I'd get basically the same thing but a little bigger... haven't really had a need for that though. I also have an immersion blender and a regular blender as well.
