sup fam. it me. this past weekend i came clean to my parents and i started rehab/detox monday. good things ahead folks. good things ahead.

 

To be fair Drew is high on every album release ever for like one hyperbolic week, and then never talks about it again.

 

I go to shows so rarely that I'm just excited to be there and I'm like yay they're playing this song and I like it! Now I'm curious how many of them have been repetitive and I never noticed lol.

I get that tho. When i saw mcr once all of the jokes and banter were the same every night and I remember feeling bummed cause I'd already seen it all! I'd seen them before and after that and that was the only tour it felt weird and scripted tho. Now I try to avoid clips and set lists beforehand with shows

I don't open the door when strangers knock anymore. I once had a dude ask if he could use my phone and I handed it to him. He asked to come in and I said no and he tried to push the door open but I had my foot up against it incase that happened. After I locked the door he left my phone on the steps and left.

This guy knocking looks harmless but I'm not opening up for him. I'm even scared of cops wanting to come inside.

Mourn, but Do Not Look Away
Plugging my wife's blog bc it's always emotional and imo important. Especially looking stuff through the eyes of her fifth grade class.

 

My aunt had surgery this morning so three of my family members are taking turns watching her kids until she gets home Friday evening. I drew Friday for my shift so I get to take them to see Finding Dory. But what am I supposed to do with a 7 and a 9 year old for the other six hours? Highly doubt they wanna sit and watch the Euros with me.

 

Unrelated, but that December 30 show that Thursday is doing at Starland makes me wanna go to NYC for NYE.
