WOW. I completely forgot about Blast Corps. I remember renting it from my grocery store and being frustrated as a kid because i was just so confused

 

omfg the south park game. i remember lagging the shit out of the n64 because we kept using the T&P fart bombs and cow launcher... wow what a nostalgia trip

 

and I owned every single one of those weird ass games.

 

I remember in Pilot Wings 64 you could fly around and find Mt. Rushmore with Mario or Wario's head in place of Washington's. Just as it should be in real life

 

It took me forever to understand Bomberman 64.

My friends and I will still pull that game out and do a multiplayer battle when were all in the same room with an n64. Hours of fun.

 

I LOVED BLAST CORPS.

never played Bomberman 64, but Bomberman Hero was the best and the soundtrack still rips

 

I remember watching a speed run of Blast Corps and the runners also had one of the devs of the game on the phone talking with the runners as they shredded the game. Fun watch.

 

These are 3 of my favorite games on the system. Ogre Battle 64 is my favorite game of all time and I could talk about it for hours haha

Rectify this. It's such a deep game for the console. Multiple endings, several branching story paths, amazing battle/class system, fantastic soundtrack, etc. It was held back by the limitations of the console, not marketed well, and not many copies were made. So a lot of people aren't really familiar with it.

 

that game had a cult following. all the nerdy kids had it.

last colossus. kind of disappointed the bosses never really ramped up in difficulty. once you find out the gimmick they’re all pretty simple. I did have to look a couple fights up just because there was absolutely no indication of what to do, which doesn’t really make the fights hard just more annoying. other than that, amazing game. I got used to climbing even though it’s still subpar it’s not a hinderance once you get used to it

 

Started Dead Cells last night.

I wouldn't go that far. Although it can take a while to figure it out I think the way the arenas and colossi are designed all play in to it.

 

holy shit Quest 64! I remember missing a few classes in college three years ago, and like six of us would try to move forward with the story but it was just too boring and tedious at times so we gave up... to play Rugrats: Scavenger Hunt instead lol
