Also, Damn. Joe, judging from his other posts he seems like a pretty awful dude.

 

To be honest I haven't watched any Eagles game this year so I don't really know any strengths and weaknesses. But for me right now the key to Bears success is the run game and Eddie Jackson. You know what you're going to get from the Bears defense, however other than Mack, Jackson is the most important piece for the defense. So he needs to be healthy. Deon Bush played okay as his replacement but I wouldn't feel comfortable with him starting week in week out.

And Howard has really warmed up the last few weeks, Nagy has gotten him more involved in the offense at the right time. Trubisky has been playing well recently, but that could fall apart if the run game is shut down. He'll make some really great plays with his leg either running or escaping pressure, but you might also get an interception or a fumble out of it. Running the ball effectively and getting the defense to bite on play action is going to be really important.

 

Everytime Louis Riddick is on my TV I always feel the need to change the channel.

I don't see why the Browns would just roll with Gregg Williams for next year. He was fantastic once he took over for Hue. Give him a whole year to see how it goes and if that fails, then search.

 

I think John Dorsey is just doing his job like all the other teams. He probably had an idea of who he wanted before there was ever even an opening. I think part of this is just doing his "due diligence" while also collecting some "intel". He's a smart fellow but I just hope he doesn't try and overthink this process.

 

That's a good point. Was awesome to see the Browns turn the page this year. I'd love to see some continued success.
