You're right but nothing beats a good biscuit. I guess there's a lot of quality variation with biscuits which isn't the case with toast

As a kid I would have both biscuits and toast with nothing but butter and sugar on them and I loved it

 

Biscuits v toast definitely isn't a hill I'm willing to die on, I could go either way
